Corporate Workshops & Projects

Mental health workshops can be an effective way for businesses and projects to address the mental health needs of their employees, audience, contributors and clients. Workshops can provide education on the signs and symptoms of mental health conditions, and how to support colleagues who may be struggling. It can also focus on topics such as imposter syndrome, burnout prevention, compassion fatigue, work-life balance, anxiety following staff bereavement, adjustment to face-to-face working post-COVID, and building resilience.

Group Sessions
